Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing and other Pharmacy Department duties.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Assist with and coach technicians in system operation and cashiers in the pharmacy registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Handle customer questions and ensure a positive customer experience.
