Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of pharmacy technician experience in retail or hospital.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems and dispense medications.
• Assist with inventory management and supplier coordination.
• Handle phone calls and customer inquiries.
• Support and train pharmacy technicians and cashiers.
• Maintain compliance with Good Faith Dispensing and QA programs.
