ShopRite of Burlington is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to assist the Pharmacist in dispensing medications and delivering high-quality customer care. The role requires interacting with customers, processing prescriptions, and maintaining a clean, compliant Pharmacy Department.

The associate will handle payments, input patient data, stock shelves, and support the team in a fast-paced retail setting. This position emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent service to every customer.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must maintain proper state licensing or certifications.
• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Ability to perform basic math with various units.
• Ability to stand/walk for full shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to interact with customers and work with others.
• Proficient with computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Process prescriptions and input patient information.
• Assist Pharmacist in processing prescriptions and labeling.
• Organize and stock pharmaceuticals as directed.
• Help customers locate over-the-counter stock.
• Maintain security of Pharmacy Department.
• Keep work area clean, safe and compliant with laws.
• Adhere to all company policies and health regulations.
