Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• 1+ years as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Knowledge of RxEVO and SOPs helpful
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service and service standards.
• Process prescriptions using RxEVO; verify patient information and input data.
• Coordinate scheduling for immunization events and flu shots.
• Manage inventory, recalls, and daily invoicing; review warehouse orders.
• Maintain and calibrate automated prescription processing equipment.
• Ensure PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance.
