Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with inventory activities, such as receiving deliveries and cycle counts.
• Support immunizations and vaccine processes when allowed by law and trained.
