• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service and handle patient interactions at pickup, drive-thru and over the phone.
