Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our retail team in Vista, CA. This part-time position supports our pharmacy operations, assists pharmacists, and helps deliver patient-centered service with empathy across pickup, drive-thru, and phone interactions.

The role requires following SOPs, accurate prescription handling, and a willingness to complete required training and licensure per state guidelines. Weekend availability is often needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow SOPs and work with accuracy.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in a pharmacy or retail setting is preferred (1–3 years).

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions accurately and safely.
• Handle customer interactions with empathy and care at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Support inventory tasks and ensure proper stocking and cycle counts as directed.
