CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe and high‑quality patient care in our retail stores. Technicians assist with dispensing, customer service, and adherence to SOPs to ensure accurate prescription fulfillment.

The role requires collaboration with Pharmacists, sensitivity to patient needs, and compliance with state licensing and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to safe and effective pharmacy operations by following SOPs at each workstation.
• Assist pharmacists with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment including production, pick-up, drive-thru and drop-off.
• Provide compassionate care and positive patient experiences during interactions at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
