Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support store pharmacy teams, ensure accurate prescription fulfillment, and deliver compassionate patient care. The role requires adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and a willingness to travel within the market as needed.

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, solid math skills, reliable attendance, and a customer‑first mindset, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced retail environment and comply with state licensing

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task and pivot as needed to meet patient and business needs.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: proactively help people in a friendly manner.
• Communication Skills: communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
• Mathematical Reasoning: compute prescription quantities, days supply, and bottle counts.
• Problem Resolution: handle interactions and choose the best course of action.
• Physical Demands: be mobile, lift and move items, and maintain good visual acuity.
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
