Job summary

The role requires completing training and meeting state board/licensure requirements, with duties expanding to inventory and patient-facing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have state board licensure or national certification where required.
• Experience in a pharmacy/retail setting preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with prescription fulfillment and patient service.
• Follow workflow procedures for safe, accurate dispensing.
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered interactions at pickup or drive-thru.
• Support inventory tasks and regulatory compliance as directed by leadership.
• Be flexible with scheduling and travel to market stores as needed.
