Job summary

CVS Health in the United States (Retail) is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team, ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, and deliver caring service to patients. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where allowed, and help maintain a positive patient experience.

This part-time role requires stateboard licensure or certification as applicable, a high school diploma or equivalent, and willingness to complete the company training program.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy; age, education, and licensure/certification may apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent or active enrollment in high school or equivalent program.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in safe prescription fulfillment and patient service.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation and maintain accurate labeling and recordkeeping.
• Provide empathetic customer service and support immunization services where allowed.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and assist with pharmacy operations across shifts.
• Be flexible for scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed.
