Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe and effective patient care at the store level.

You will assist with prescription fulfillment, patient communication, and basic immunization support, while maintaining compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. Training and licensure will be completed as required by state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• Minimum age of 16 unless state rules specify otherwise.
• State licensure and national certification vary by state; requirements depend on location.

Responsibilities

• Attend regularly, including weekends.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe.
• Verify prescription information and ensure labeling accuracy for patient safety.
• Assist pharmacists with patient care tasks, immunizations, and point-of-care testing where allowed.
• Support inventory activities and safe store operations.
• Communicate clearly with patients and team to deliver quality service.
