Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements; age 16+ if not mandated by state law.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or active enrollment) is required.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and team members.
• Perform basic inventory activities and assist with medication deliveries and cycle counts.
• Willingness to travel to other stores in the market as needed.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws, CVS policies, and patient privacy requirements.
• Assist with immunizations and other patient health services where permitted by law.
