Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate, and compassionate patient care. You will help with prescription fulfillment, customer interactions, and adherence to SOPs across pharmacy workflows, including immunizations where allowed by law.

This role requires compliance with state board requirements, a high school diploma or equivalent, and readiness to complete necessary licensure and training.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years of age.
• If the state board does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus on tasks and patient interactions.
• Customer service and team orientation to assist patients and colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Handle responsibilities such as prescription labeling and safety checks.
• Keep accurate records, assist with inventory and safety compliance as directed.
