Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and exceptional customer service in-store. You will follow SOPs, assist immunizations, and help drive efficient patient care across the store network.

You will contribute to a caring, inclusive environment, manage routine inventory, and help ensure compliance with state regulations and CVS policies while supporting pharmacists and patients.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage and improve patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic, personalized moments with patients at pickup, drive-thru, and by phone.
• Assist with basic inventory activities and returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories, and related tasks.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and be receptive to feedback.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and willing to travel to stores as needed by the business.
• Understand and comply with all relevant laws, CVS policies, patient privacy and security.
• Assist with immunizations and other health services when trained and permitted by state regulations.
