Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification
• If state board has no minimum age, must be at least 16 years of age
• If state board has no minimum education, must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and maintain SOPs to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment
• Support immunizations and other services where legally allowed
• Deliver compassionate customer service and positive patient experiences
• Complete basic inventory activities and assist in returns-to-stocks and cycle counts
• Remain flexible for scheduling and market coverage as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and CVS policies
