The role requires state licensure and national certification as a Pharmacy Technician, and offers weekend availability and a base pay range of $16.00 to $24.00 per hour with full benefits for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• State board licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including licensure/certification.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or active enrollment in high school or equivalent.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Customer service and team orientation are essential.
• Strong communication and mathematical reasoning skills for dispensing and patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick‑up, drive‑thru, and over the phone; assist patients and customers.
• Perform basic inventory activities and cycle counts; manage medication deliveries and stock as directed.
• Support immunizations and other services where legally allowed and trained.
• Remain flexible for scheduling; willing to travel to stores in the market as needed.
