Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Pharmacy Technician to support store operations and patient care. You will assist pharmacists, fill prescriptions, and help ensure safe, accurate service while maintaining a caring approach for customers.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, participating in immunization services where allowed, and performing basic inventory tasks. Must meet state licensing requirements and be prepared for flexible scheduling across the market.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements (licensure/certification varies by state)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; active enrollment acceptable in some states
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Assist pharmacists and support adherence to SOPs and safe dispensing
• Deliver empathetic customer service and support patient experiences
• Complete basic inventory duties and assist in controlled substance handling
• Be flexible for scheduling and travel to stores as needed
• Comply with laws, regulations, and CVS policies to ensure patient safety and privacy
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed
