Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment. You will assist pharmacists, help patients at pickup and drive-thru, and uphold SOPs to ensure quality care in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires compliance with state board requirements, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a typical 40-hour workweek with potential travel across stores.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• If the state board does not address a minimum education, candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• 1–3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Experience in pharmacy, retail, medical or customer service setting (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist Pharmacists in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences with empathy and care.
• Complete basic inventory activities and manage medication deliveries.
• Be flexible to travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed.
