Job summary

CVS HealthRetail locations are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient service. You will follow SOPs, assist with inventory, and help deliver immunization-related services where allowed in your state.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and relevant licensure. This part-time role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure compliant, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent or active enrollment in high school or equivalent program.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients and assist pharmacy team for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off).
• Assist with immunizations and other services as trained and permitted by law.
• Operate inventory tasks such as cycling counts and returns-to-stocks per procedure.
• Maintain patient privacy and safety while delivering compassionate service.
