Qualifications

• Experience as Pharmacy Technician or in a pharmacy setting.
• Customer service experience in a retail or healthcare environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling.
• Clear communication with patients and colleagues; ability to explain information.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team in safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist in immunizations and other pharmacist-led services where allowed.
• Answer patient questions and help manage prescriptions at pickup and drive-thru.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory requirements to ensure patient safety and privacy.
• Assist with inventory, labeling, and basic pharmacy operations.
