Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy
• If the state board does not address or mandate a minimum age, must be at least 16 years of age
• If the state board does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health
