Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education and licensure/certification.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• 1–3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacists with prescription fulfillment and customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and phone.
• Contribute to inventory management, receiving deliveries, cycle counts and returns-to-stocks.
• Adhere to SOPs, privacy regulations, and safety procedures.
• Support immunizations or point-of-care testing where permitted by law.
