Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including but not limited to age, education, and licensure/certification
• If the state board does not mandate a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old
• If the state board does not address a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be actively enrolled in high school or a high school equivalency program

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Assist pharmacists with prescription fulfillment and maintain label accuracy
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone
• Complete basic inventory activities and assist with ordering and stocking
• Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and CVS policies to protect patient privacy and safety
