Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and caring patient service across store operations.

You will follow SOPs, assist pharmacists, participate in immunization services where allowed, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive culture while maintaining compliance with state boards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• If the state board does not specify a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• If the state board does not specify a minimum education requirement, candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task, pivot between tasks to meet patient and business needs; ensure prescription information and label accuracy.

• Mathematical Reasoning: perform calculations for day’s supply and dispensing accurately.
• Problem Resolution: address patient or colleague issues and escalate when needed.
