Job summary

As a Technician, you will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations and vaccinations where allowed, manage inventory, and help deliver convenient health care experiences while complying with state regulations and CVS policies.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age and licensure/certification rules.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required or candidate is actively enrolled in a program.
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service and assist customers at pickup, drive‑thru, and phone.
• Assist with inventory tasks and maintain accurate records per SOPs.
