Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for a part-time role in our retail locations. You will support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and help provide compassionate, efficient service to patients and customers.

The job requires completing training, meeting licensure requirements, and assisting with immunizations and other patient care services as allowed by state law.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage and improve patient health.
• Fulfill prescriptions safely and accurately, and ensure patient safety.
• Assist with immunizations and other services where allowed by law and training.
• Complete basic inventory activities and manage medication deliveries where directed.
