Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice.
• Minimum age 16 if no age requirement is set by the state board.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or active enrollment).
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to help pharmacists manage patient health.
• Adhere to workflow procedures for safe prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru or phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and restock as directed.
• Support a high-performing team and seek growth opportunities.
• Be flexible with scheduling; travel to other stores as needed.
• Comply with laws and CVS policies to protect patient privacy and safety.
• Provide additional health services like immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed.
