Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for age, education, and licensure/certification.
• If state board does not address a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• Duties may be restricted until licensure is completed by the Pharmacy Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow workflow procedures at each workstation for safe dispensing and accuracy.
• Provide empathetic customer service and support patients at pick-up, drive-thru and phone.
• Complete basic inventory activities and manage deliveries, returns, and stock levels.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed.
