Job summary

CVS Health in Dallas is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate service. You will follow SOPs, assist with production, drive-thru and pickup duties, and help provide immunizations and other patient services where permitted.

This full-time role requires completion of training and state licensing as applicable, reliable attendance, and the ability to work across shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements governing the practice of pharmacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent or active enrollment in a program.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist pharmacists.
• Provide empathetic customer service and solve patient questions.
• Assist with inventory tasks and cycle counts as directed.
• Assist in immunization services where allowed by law and training.
