Job summary

You will help ensure patient satisfaction, manage basic inventory tasks, and participate in immunization activities where allowed by state law and company policy.

As a valued member of the pharmacy team, you will follow SOPs, maintain clear communication with patients and colleagues, and adapt to store needs while upholding CVS

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice, including licensure/certification when applicable.
• Minimum age 16 if state board does not mandate a minimum age.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following SOPs.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prompt patient service and immunization where allowed.
• Provide empathetic customer experiences and resolve patient questions or issues.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and adhere to safety regulations.
• Support rotating shifts across stores as needed by the business.
