Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate patient care. You will follow SOPs, assist with inventory and provide service across pick-up, drive-thru, and phone interactions.

The role includes opportunities to participate in immunizations and other patient health services, with required trainings and state licensure where applicable. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state
• High school diploma or equivalent if no state minimum is defined

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist Pharmacists in managing patient health
• Follow workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered service across pick-up, drive-thru and phone channels
• Assist with inventory activities and returns-to-stocks as directed by leadership
• Support immunizations and other services as allowed by law and training
