Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations in-store. You will assist pharmacists with prescription fulfillment, patient interactions, and safety procedures. You will follow SOPs, help manage inventory, and participate in immunization-related services where allowed by law.

You will complete required training, maintain licensure as required by state boards, and provide empathetic service to every customer. This is a fulltime in-store role with regular scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or you must be actively enrolled in high school or an equivalent program.
• State boards licensure and national certification requirements vary by state; comply with local regulations.
• Must meet age and training requirements as dictated by state board of pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular and weekend shifts as part of the pharmacy team.
• Complete required training and regulatory certifications within designated timelines.
• Confirm prescription details and labeling to ensure patient safety and accuracy.
• Deliver compassionate customer service and support to patients at pickup, drive-thru, and phone.
• Assist with inventory tasks and safe pharmacy operations within SOPs.
• Support immunization and other patient care services where allowed by law.
