Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Provide empathetic customer service and support patients at pickup, drive-thru, and phone.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist in immunizations and other services where permitted by law and training.
