Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
• Customer service experience in pharmacy/retail/medical settings preferred.
• Ability to work across stores/market to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist pharmacists with patient health.
• Process prescriptions safely and accurately per pharmacy workflow.
• Provide empathetic customer service during pick-up, drive-thru, and phone interactions.
• Support inventory tasks and cycle counts as directed by leadership.
• Assist in expanding clinical and technical knowledge to help patients.
