Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe and accurate prescriptions while providing caring service to patients in-store. This role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, teamwork, and continuous learning in a busy retail pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities include inventory tasks, immunization support where allowed, and flexible scheduling to meet patient and business needs.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including age, education and licensure/certification
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state
• Regular attendance, including weekends
• Strong communication and patient-service focus

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment
• Deliver empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, and stock organization
• Travel to stores in the market as needed by the business
• Adhere to SOPs and protect patient privacy and safety
