You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where allowed, and ensure high-quality customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and phone interactions.

The role requires compliance with state board requirements, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including licensure/certification

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each station (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off)
• Deliver empathetic, patient-centered service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
• Complete basic inventory tasks and assist with cycles counts and Returns-to-stocks
• Support immunizations and other clinical services as allowed by law and training
