Job summary

CVS Health in Indianapolis area is seeking a Pharmacy Technician who will support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and caring patient experiences across store operations.

You will complete rigorous training and meet state licensing requirements, follow SOPs, assist with immunizations and point-of-care services when allowed, and may travel between stores to cover shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by following all company SOPs at each workstation to help our Pharmacists manage and improve patient health
• Following pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation (i.e., production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Demonstrate empathy and care by helping with immunizations and other services at the register and over the phone
• Completing basic inventory activities and cycle counts as directed
• Contributing to a high-performing team and expanding clinical knowledge
• Be flexible with scheduling and travel to market stores as needed
• Complying with federal, state, local laws and CVS policies to protect patient safety and privacy
• Delivering additional health services where allowed by law and training
