Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support your store's pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription processing and exceptional patient service. You will follow SOPs, assist pharmacists, and help ensure timely fulfillment while maintaining patient privacy and safety.

This full-time role requires compliance with state licensure and certification rules, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to travel within the market as needed.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy
• If no minimum age is mandated, must be at least 16 years of age
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage patient health
• Provide empathetic service to patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with returns-to-stocks and cycle counts
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
• Be flexible for scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed
