Job summary

The technician will assist in immunizations, drive-thru, and in-store services, ensuring safe and friendly patient interactions while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws.
• If state requires minimum age, must be at least 16.
• Education requirement varies by state; high school diploma or ongoing equivalency program.

Responsibilities

• Attend regularly, including nights and weekends.
• Follow training and SOPs to assist pharmacists in prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, or over the phone.
• Assist with inventory, returns-to-stocks, and cycle counts as directed.
• Support immunization services when licensed and trained.
