Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment, and deliver caring service to patients and customers at the register, drive-thru, and pickup areas.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to SOPs, and ongoing training to meet state licensure and certification requirements. A welcoming, inclusive environment and opportunities to participate in immunization services are provided

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements and licensure/certification.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable pharmacy credentials.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, high-quality customer service during in-store visits.
• Follow SOPs, maintain patient safety, and protect privacy and security.
• Contribute to inventory activities and maintain accurate records.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by law.
