True Health in Casselberry, FL is seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager. This role handles prescription preparation, cashiering, and release at will call, within Florida regulations.

The position requires a Florida license, 2+ years in a retail pharmacy, and accuracy with data entry, billing, and inventory controls. It is a full-time, on-site role in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy Technician Training Program Certificate required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a retail community pharmacy setting.
• Current Florida Pharmacy Technician license with no restrictions; BLS/CPR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains an effective relationship with the Pharmacy Manager and supports the organization’s activities.
• Fosters an environment aligned with the company mission, vision, and values.
• Assist the Pharmacist in maintaining all operations of the pharmacy.
• Perform accurate data entry for billing, dispensing, labeling, and release to patient.
• Collect monies when releasing prescriptions at will call and provide accurate change to patients.
• Submit accurate supply and medication orders under the Pharmacist’s direction.
• Follow medication guidelines, policies, and procedures for inventory, HIPAA, SOP, QA, and CQI.
• Verify prescriptions are current and valid for dispensing; perform 340b eligibility checks.
• Navigate the EHR to find information needed for prescription processing.
• Compound medications under the supervision of the pharmacist.
