Qualifications

• Regular attendance and ability to perform duties during scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Assists with all phases of pharmacy services under pharmacist supervision.
• Answers phones and provides excellent customer service at practice site.
• Collects patient information and maintains records per regulations and policy.
• Prepares medication orders, performs necessary calculations, and assists in compounding as allowed by state law.
• Ensures accuracy of medication supplies and inventory including controlled substances.
