Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Technician on a part-time basis to support pharmacy operations, ensure accurate prescription fulfillment, and assist patients in stores. The role includes following SOPs, responding to patient needs, and contributing to a safe, inclusive team environment.

The position anticipates shifts across the market, with eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package and required training and licensure per state regulations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
• Ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention to detail and accuracy in prescription labeling and processing
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help customers and collaborate with the pharmacy team
• Communication Skills: interact with patients and colleagues effectively
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate days supply and totals for prescriptions
• Problem Resolution: handle patient or colleague issues professionally
• Physical Demands: stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager
