Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment across the store. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations and customer service, and help maintain efficient workflow in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to patient care and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years of age.
If the state board does not address a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be actively enrolled.

Responsibilities

Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
Contribute to safe and effective operations of the pharmacy, including drug dispensing and inventory tasks.
Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
Remain flexible for scheduling and market needs while maintaining compliance with laws.
