Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to support pharmacists in patient care and safe dispensing.
• Assist with workflow at production, pick-up, drive-thru and drop-off windows.
• Deliver empathetic customer service and contribute to positive patient experiences.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and assist with cycle counts as directed.
• Maintain compliance with laws, regulations and CVS policies to protect patient privacy.
• Support immunizations and other health services where permitted.
