Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity at a Specialty Compounding Pharmacy. This role offers training across fulfillment and production areas, ideal for candidates with prior experience or from retail settings looking to grow in a specialized environment.

Position Overview

• Start Date: ASAP
• Term: 13 Weeks (TTH) - Full Time (30 hrs/week)
• Schedule Options:
  • Monday-Friday: 7am - 3:30 pm OR 3 pm - 11:30 pm

Job Duties

• Ensure compliance with USP and other guidelines in non-sterile and sterile compounding practices through training and competencies.
• Read and interpret prescriptions accurately and enter orders into the pharmacy system.
• Prepare and compound medications following established formulations under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist in preparing formula log sheets and ensure proper documentation.
• Accurately measure, mix, package, and label compounded medications.
• Manage inventory of ingredients, equipment, and PPE.
• Assist with batch compounding, product labeling, and log verification.
• Fulfill and prepare compounded prescriptions for shipping or pickup.
• Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of work performed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent Pharmacy Tech experience (required)
• PA Tech license (preferred)
• PTCB certification (preferred)
• Experience with non-sterile or sterile compounding (preferred)
