Hours: Monday-Friday 9AM - 5PM CST (REMOTE)

Responsibilities:

• Enter new and refill orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle order exceptions such as refill-too-soon and invalid orders
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with facilities
• Identify valid and invalid orders, and process accordingly
• Adjudicate insurance claims and resolve rejections
• Initiate and follow up on refill requests with prescribers
• Troubleshoot requests from prescribers and customers
• Identify challenges proactively and implement solutions
• Communicate effectively with prescribers, caregivers, leadership, and peers to meet deadlines
• Maintain productivity standards in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to onboarding deadlines and complete assigned tasks
• Track packages via FedEx and courier services
• Learn EMAR programs (Therap, QuickMAR) and coordinate pharmacy transfers
• Conduct facility training on pharmacy processes and online portals
