Duties And Responsibilities

• Enter new and refill orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle order exceptions and invalid orders
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with facilities
• Identify valid and invalid orders, and process accordingly
• Adjudicate insurance claims and resolve rejections
• Follow up on refill requests with prescribers
• Triaging and troubleshooting requests from prescribers and customers
• Identify challenges and implement solutions promptly
• Communicate effectively with prescribers, caregivers, and team members
• Meet or exceed productivity standards in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to onboarding deadlines and complete tasks
• Track packages via FedEx and courier services
• Learn EMAR programs (Therap, QuickMAR) and coordinate pharmacy transfers
• Conduct facility training on pharmacy processes and online portals
