Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of Optum and UnitedHealth Group, seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support provider clinics across Phoenix. You will assist with prescriptions, manage inventory, and coordinate coverage for 30 sites. Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm, with a home site in Phoenix, AZ.

You will work under supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, handle data entry, and maintain regulatory compliance while delivering strong customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in Arizona.
Experience with prescription data entry and customer service.
Ability to cover 30 sites across Phoenix and adjacent areas.
Able to work Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:00pm and maintain accuracy.
Reliable transportation and valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and clinic staff.
Fill prescription orders and make them available for verification under supervision.
Order, receive and store incoming pharmacy supplies.
Process wholesaler medication orders and maintain inventory records.
Assist Pharmacist in pharmacy functions and compliance with regulations.
Perform clerical duties and communicate clearly in writing and speech.
Cover all 30 Phoenix sites for PTO and callouts.
